Bridgewaters redefines the traditional catering facility with critically-acclaimed cuisine and an intimate space with private entrances, attended elevators and multiple rooms for seated dinners. Since its opening in 1987, the event space atop the Fulton Market Building at the Seaport hosts an average of over 400 events per year including benefits, weddings, film premieres, corporate meetings and trade shows all of which Executive Chef Christopher Siversen oversees.
