Espace owner, Seth Greenberg, has had over twenty years of experience in acquiring and developing high-end hotel, restaurant, and nightlife properties throughout New York and Boston. Having successfully launched Mistral, Paradise, M-80 and Aria in Boston, Seth became regarded as one of the premiere impresarios of today's hospitality industries. In 2002 Greenberg set his eye on New York City and launched ballroom and event space, Capitale, a Stanford White designed landmark building on the Bowery. Capitale quickly became known for its distinguished fine dining and one-of-a-kind aesthetic decor that continues to bring together celebrities, fashion designers, models, socialites, entertainers, businessmen and politicians to celebrate. Greenberg is co-developer of the Ames Hotel, with friend Richard Kilstock, slated to open in Boston's historic Ames Building in the Fall of 2009 and a soon to be named hotel development in Chelsea's Flower District with Ben Shaoul and Marc Ravner.
