Westminster Hotel in NJ Awarded 4 Diamonds

November - The Westminster Hotel announces its elite Four-Diamond rating from the Automobile Association of America (AAA) in recognition for its outstanding facilities, attentive service and critically-acclaimed cuisine for the fourth year in a row.

The Westminster Hotel, located in Livingston, New Jersey, was The Glazier Group's first venture outside Manhattan. The 190 room, suite luxury hotel features 15,000 square feet of banquet and conference space for special events. The Westminster Hotel also houses the 120-seat Strip House, New Jersey's favorite steak house. Designed by David Rockwell, Strip House has a sultry, lush red interior adorned with photos of New Jersey celebrities and Studio Manasse vintage pictures.

Executive Catering Chef Chris Siversen, New Jersey's leading banquet chef, oversees the catering at Westminster Hotel with meticulous direction and execution. Chef Siversen's innovative and sophisticated menu reinvents traditional "banquet food." His creed is to provide a restaurant style food
