S.O.B.'s is known for it's phenomenal live music presentations and outstanding Brazilian cuisine. On Tuesday, October 16th, Chef De Cuisine, Jorge Lima will be featured on the Food Network's "Emeril Live". During our annual Carnaval Celebration in February of 2007, Jorge shared with Emeril some of the indigenous items used in Brazil's traditional dishes such as Vatapa, Moqueca and Acaraje.

We are very excited to showcase our signature dishes on Emeril's show. Our full service kitchen features New Latin cuisine, showcasing twists on classic Caribbean and Brazilian favorites such as Grilled Ginger Lime Snapper In Banana Leaf Wrap, Jalapeno Sirloin Hamburger Steak, Pork & Black Bean Empanadas, and Ceviche De Camarone. Two bars serve traditional Mojitos, Sangria, Caipirinhas prepared authentically with fresh pressed Sugar Canes, as well as, a hand-picked selection of rare imported Caribbean Rums, Brazilian Cachacas, Mexican Tequilas and South American Beer.
